Legal Question in Family Law in Canada

What can I do if the mother of my child says I cant see my son without restriction . I put in a court order and it had her name spelt wrong and it wasn't enough notice but I still have a date to see a judge. Her lawyer has contacted me saying I can now see my son but has many restrictions such as I am not aloud to pick him up or drop him off,I have to be with my aunt and uncle during the visits, and I only get him for 3 hrs . The last restriction they say is due to his regular nap time. What can I do to have full access to my son no restrictions?

You can get proper evidence, such as a psychological study, together with evidence to counter anything she may be saying about you. This evidence would be presented in Court to support your Motion to be allowed unrestricted access. You have not given enough information to give specific advice; for example is she saying you ahve a drug problem and that is why access should be restricted? You really need to retain a lawyer.
