This situation is far too complex for a summary advice site such as LawGuru; you should see a lawyer immediately. Many lawyers will provide an initial interview without charge or obligation.

Having said that, if you were in British Columbia, we would probably advise a lawsuit for breach of privacy, malicious prosecution and possibly trespass; the exact nature of the lawsuit would have to be decided after many more questions have been answered and all of the facts determined. We do not know and can not advise on the law in your own Province. Please see a lawyer as soon as you can.
