Legal Question in Family Law in Canada

parens law in canada

if my child does not have a birth certificate and has never been registered , does the government have entitlement to take her? as far as i can tell no under the parens law until i register my child she is not a legal citizen there fore she belongs to me not the country am i right here, i do live in canada does it apply here?

It is entirely immaterial whether or not your child has had her birth registered; if by asking if the Government has the right to take your child you are asking "can the social workers apprehend her because they say she is in some danger" the answer is yes they most certainly can. If you child was born here, she is a citizen, and by not registering her birth you are committing an offence. You MUST register her birth immediatley.
