Between Prvoince Stachitory Rape Laws

My 16 year old cousin who is now sexually active with a 26 year old man that has kids and a wife. Within the last 2 months they moved from B.C. to Saskatoon without anyone knowing. Is there different laws within different provinces on stachitory rape? If so what can i do to get her home. Her whole family is trying to do everything we can!

The age of lawful consent for sexual activity is dependant on what Province the individuals involved live in; however you might dislike the activity that is going on, the age for consent to sexual activity in Canada is 14. A 16 year old can lawfully decide to cohabit with another person.
