Legal Question in Family Law in Canada
My ex is refusing to keep our daughter on his health plan until she finishes university.
He said that he does not have to support her at all. She is on osap and does not make enough to buy the medication that she desparately needs. Can she push him to keep her on his healt plan. The stupid part is that he does not pay anything for that plan It is always company paid 100% percent
