Seperation Agreement

My spouse will not sign the agreement is there any canadian or ontario law stating if I can not live in our matrimonial homeor not as I do not live there right now.

As stated in the posting, our replies are confined to British Columbia law only and there must be a British Columbia connection to the problem. There is no law in British Columbia requiring that a spouse sign an agreement. We can not understand the rest of your question or how it relates to B.C.
