As noted on the LawGuru website, since you have directed your question to a British Columbia law firm, we assume that your son in Canada is in British Columbia. Under the law you must apply for a custody order in the jurisdiction where your son is habitually resident. That is in British Columbia. You can not apply in Pakistan and it is doubtful that a Court in British Columbia would recognize any order made in Pakistan.
