unanswered question

I have tried to email a question and the response I get is that I have already emailed the question. I have not emailed it, ever. So how do I emailed my question?

We do not know why the website is doing this; the administrators of the website to not share such mysteries with us contributors. Your question might be getting bounced because you are not putting in your postal code so the website does not know to what jurisdiction to direct your question.
