The Federal Child Suport Guidelines precribe how much you have to pay; it is dependant on 3 main factors:
1. How many children
2. Your gross income
3. How much time you have the child(ren) in your care.
When both parents share custody such that the child(ren) are in the care of each of them at least 40% of the time, then child support is pro-rated.
The Guidelines are found at http://www.justice.gc.ca/eng/pi/fcy-fea/lib-bib/legis/fcsg-lfpae/tables2006/alta_8.html
As you have not stated how many children you have, or whether or not the children will be in your care 40% of the time or more, we can not say about how much you will have to pay.
