Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Canada
I am a health care provider running a private office. A patient has he purse with valuables stolen in the reception room. Am I liable for her loss?

No, the statue of law giving responsibility of the owner to take care of its belongings. Secondly, how can he prove that it is stolen from your office, even if he do so, you will not be liable for no fault of you
