Legal Question in Immigration Law in Canada
My boyfriend and i have been discussing marriage and where we are going to live considering he is american and lives in the US and I am Canadian and Live in Canada. As it is we commute back and forth and are both willing to commute for work and dont want to give up our citizenship. Could you help with what are options are for residence and living under one roof on either side of the border?

You won't have to give up your citizenship if either of you were to move to Canada/US as a permanent resident.
