Legal Question in Immigration Law in Canada
Canadian pardon for drug possesion
I am an american citizen, married to a canadian, living in canada. My husband was arrested with possesion of marijuana when he was 19 -over 30 years ago. He received a pardon. Is there any chance he would be granted a green card? We have a special needs child and feel we might find better services in the US.
