candian pr or h1 in usa
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am indian citizen and right now living in fl usa since nov 2006 on F1 visa. I am going to get my OPT in Dec 2007. (in next 2 months). I am living with my wife and kid they both are in florida with me on F2 visa. We have filled for PR foir canada in 2005 from new delhi india.
Questions :
1. Can I get L1 visa for usa from F1?
2. How fast I can get canadian PR as I am in USA? do i need to transfer my file from india to usa?
3. I am going to be on OPT in dec 2007 if I transfer the file to usa, do I need to go canada for stamping or its not necessary, as my OPT card dont allow re entry in usa?
4. which is better for me to get my candian PR and being on l1 or h1 in usa as i dont want to move from usa right now
5. after getting candian pr is it like i need to stay for some time in canada or else it get expired
6. do i eligible to get a canadian pr and live on that in usa for long time and work here.
7. to whom i need to make fast process for my canadian pr.
what is the best option for me or what should I do to make me safe regarding status as well as to get fast green card or citizenship for usa or canada.
