Legal Question in Immigration Law in Canada
If someone has been deported from Canada for the reason of fraud identification, and he gets married to a Canadian citizen, can he be sponsured by his wife and be back to Canada ? Is there any way that the process can be done? And if it's possible how long would it take for him to comeback?
Please advise
