Legal Question in Immigration Law in Canada
Entry to Canada after US DWAI
I was convincted of a DWAI misdeamenor offense in late 2000 in the US. I recently went to Canada on business and Canada customs/immigration told me that I have to get my ''recorded'' cleared before I can be allowed entry next time I travel there. What do I need to do so I am not prevented entry to Canada the next time??

Depending on the Canadian equivalency of the offence, you may be required to make a rehabilitation application to a Canadian Embassy for your temporary entry into Canada. For a consultation regarding your situation, please contact me at my email below.
