Legal Question in Immigration Law in Canada
OWI charges and immigration
I am Canadian with a US husband from 2002.He was asked to leave on his own accord in 03 because of a OWI charge in 01. He has been waiting on paperwork since, he got another OWI charge in feb of 07, what is his best way to go about getting him back here? is there any way? these would not happen if he was here with me, I am affraid he will go into more depression if much longer.
