Is it necessary to have all score of 67 points at the time of submitting the application for Immigration?
I wanna register myself for canada immigration but i cant fulfill all the criteria now. In future I will meet all criteria.

Immigration law requires applicants under the Skilled Worker category to meet the 67 points requirement at the time the application is received by the visa post and the time it is evaluated. Although there are limited circumstances that allow a visa officer to consider the evaluation of economic establishment to overcome a shortage of points, this is rare and relies on the opinion of the officer making the decision. It is advisable to meet the 67 point requirement at the time your application is made.
