Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Canada
Hi,
I have cofounded a website (and I have proofs of that) and had a dissagreement with one of the cofounders, so I dissapered and the cofounder "kicked me out of the team" without sending me an email or anything. Now he sold the website and plans on using our website's name for commercial purposes without giving me anything. Is that legal?
(sorry if my english isn't perfect, I usually speak french)
