International Real Estate Lawsuit
What are the particulars with regards to suing an individual in another country for not complying with a real estate obligation (Canadian suing a British)?

If the prejudice is suffered in Canada you can sue in Canada as long as you serve the defendant. He may decide to defend or not, If not you may get a judgment by default and try to enforce it in England and execute it.
