I've been threatened to be taken to small claims court in B.C. Canada--are their judgement applicable in the United States?
Thank you.

Re: small claims court - canada
Most court judgments can be enforced in CA if all procedural steps are followed. But I always tell my clients to go to small claims court where the defendant is located to speed up the process of making them pay.
