Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Canada

Family Custody

My dad was remarried to my stepmother in China 10 years ago. Then they came to Canada and got Canadian citizenships. I have the Canadian citizenship as well, and so does my half-brother. Today, my stepmother said to my dad that she wants me out of the house because my dad doesn't have the responsibility of raising me since he already divorced my mom. My stepmom also said that at the same time my dad is raising me, he is using the money that is supposed to be spent on my half-brother. Therefore she wants my dad to stop raising me and spend every penny on my half-brother instead. Is what she said correct? If yes, does that mean I cannot live with my dad or use his money anymore even though my mom already handed the custody over to him?

Re: Family Custody

Where are you and your family located; how old are you; does your father have custody of you? In Michigan, a parent is financially responsible for their child until the age of 18, but without more information, I cannot be more specific.
