Legal Question in Employment Law in Canada

How I can pay the freelance worker who works in Canada.

I posted one question about hiring a data entry worker in Canada to help on one of my project before. I probably did not make it clear that I don��t want to bring this worker to US. The work can be done remotely by emailing the document. It some how like off shoring IT works that big company do only I am an independent contractor. My question is how I can pay the freelance worker who works for me in Canada? Thanks in advance!

How do you pay her(this Canadian worker) you ask? What's wrong with a mailed check or even a disbursement over the Internet via PayPal?
