Legal Question in Employment Law in Canada
Questions regarding Termination Letter
I have been given a letter (following a meeting with my employer) letting me know that my employment will be terminated in 15 months. Before signing the letter and agreeing to their terms (which includes a payment of 3 months pay following the 15-month period), are there some obvious questions I should ask? This came as a bit of a surprise, and so I am not sure where to begin.
Thank you kindly for your help.
