Legal Question in Employment Law in Canada
workplace accident
I had my hand and arm caught in a roller and belt at work while doing normal inspection before cleaning, the area is suppose to have a guard but at the time there was no guard.
Would the employer be liable?
Would there be a claim for the injury?
