Legal Question in Personal Injury in Canada

Broken bones

I fell in a major grocery stor and broke my radius in my right arm. Had surgery with pins to hold wrist together so it would heal properly. Pins are now removed. After 18 months of pain I had surgery to repair the rotator cuff. I now have constant pain in this upper arm. What kind of compensation should I be looking at?

Re: Broken bones

Sorry to hear about your injury. Do you know what exactly in the grocery store made you fall? Was the floor wet or did you slip on something? You must prove that the store did something wrong or failed to do something right in order for you to obtain compensation for your damages. Where in Canada do you live?
