Legal Question in Personal Injury in Canada

My car was damaged by a dripping pipe in a parkade. Can I sue the parkade owners for the cost of the repair? Do I need to prove that the dammage happened there?

You probablyvan't successfully sue in British Columbia; it would depend in part on how obvious the drip was and what conditions on the contract were. The conditions are often on the parkade ticket and/or posted on a sign near the entrance.
