Legal Question in Personal Injury in Canada

Examination of Discovery in Civil Law

I am representing myself in a civil lawsuit against my employer. I did not request their priviledged documents under Schedule B during questioning.

How can I get them now? Is there a form or procedure.

Many thanks

Re: Examination of Discovery in Civil Law

Please restate your question - in British Columbia there is no such thing as "Schedule B" which lists privileged documents; the form is Form 93 and it has no schedules to the Form, but rather has Parts I, II, & III within the Form. Perhaps the lawyer on the opposing side is "inventing" his or her own Forms?
