On Feb 25/09. I was walking and I fell on someone's icy sidewalk. I got a laceration on the back of my head. What can and should I do?

In British Columbia you may have a case based in negligence. You have not given enough facts for a more definitive answer and the situation may or may not be the same in other Provinces. You should see a British Columbia lawyer as soon as possible. You can get a referral from the B.C. Branch of the Canadian Bar Association (look in the yellow pages of the Telus book under lawyers)- thye will refer you for an initial interview at a fees of abut $25.00
