am i intitled to a injury claim
My drivers licence expired 4 weeks ago I was driving and was t boned by a speeding van driving in the bus lane turning lane witness,s say im not at fault but police say i am because of no licence and i was thrown out my passengers window then ran over by my explorer and have mutiple injuries i think i should be entitled to pain and suffering am i wrong

Fault for the crash is not dependant on having a valid driver's licence; the police are simply incorrect.You have a claim if the other driver was at fault, but if you were not wearing a seatbelt you might have your claim reduced because you are contributorily negligent. You should make an appointment to see a lawyer immediately. Do not sign any ICBC forms at all until you have seen a lawyer.
