Re: melious fun

Anyone can sue; the question really is will the injured person win? The fact of what he said in front of witnesses is quite irrelevant; the issue is whether or not he did or did not suffer an injury, and was the injury the fault of someone else entirely, the fault of the injured person entirely, or partly the fault of each. Also, a physician's report as to the nature and extent of the injuries would be adviseable, but not strictly required. If th injuries are really minor, he might still sue successfully, but you have not provided anywhere near enough information to give an opinion on that aspect. There are many competent lawyers in Port Coquitlam, and you should see one as soon as possible, regardless of whether or not you are the injured person or the person who owns the premises or the one who pushed the injured party.
