Statue of limitation when suing for a personal injury

My boyfriend was at a bachelor party at a very large hotel in Canada. He was coming from the indoor pool going to the locker room when he slipped on wet stairs and received major injuries and went to the hospital. I accident was 2 yrs ago but he is now having major back problems. Can he still sue the hotel? The headquaters is in London England

the applicable statute of limitations is going to be based upon Canadian law.Unfortunately, I do not practice ther and cannot tell you what that is. If you are interested, we can try to find out and refer you to a Canadian attorney if appropriate.

IN NJ, it is 2 years. However, the appleis to events occuring in NJ, not in another country generally.
