I was at subway today as i do go regularly bought the same sub as i always do. I was eating my meal and had a big bite in to my mouth all of a sudden i chomped down and pain shot through my body from my head to toes . I chomped down onto a olive pit that was not sapose to be there and as i spit peaces of m teeth apear . my tooth is almost half gone and i can ot afford to pay for the repairs is there any point of sueing ?

Firstly, you will have to be able to prove that the reason you were injured is because of an olive pit in the sandwich. Did you keep the olive pit to use as evidence? Did you stop eating the sandwich? The more evidence you have, the more likely you will have a chance to get some compensation.
It may be worth it to start a lawsuit, or at the very least, send a letter to Subway yourself advising of what happened.
Remember that you have 2 years from the day this happened to sue them should you decide to do so.
Suing restaurants for incidents such as these are never easy and these cases are always defended. Whether or not you sue will depend on: a) evidence, as mentioned above and b) damages - how bad is the injury, etc.
