Legal Question in Personal Injury in Canada

WSIB/Doctor not sure what to do

I recently obtained a copy of my claims file from WSIB. 5 years ago they told me that all that was wrong was a wrist sprain. I've since found out only because I obtained my file that both wrists were fractured, ankle and I had between a 2nd and 3rd degree bilateral a/c separations. I new that there was no way the pain I felt and still felt could not be from a wrist spain. What should I do? I've obtained my x-rays and images of the MRIs, one MRI image has ''vanished'' from the hospital, the record of me having it done is there but no image. I'm a little confused as to why nobody told me about these findings when I was complaining about the areas which is documented also in my file which they ignored. I also had type 3 alvusion fractures in my right ankle which nobody told me about until I read it for myself in my WSIB file. I used to play sports and was very active however have not been able to return to anything, and have gotten nothing but lip service from the WSIB when I ask why they ignored these obvious documents to say that all that was wrong is a wrist sprain. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

As noted on the LawGuru website questions directed to this lawfirm must state what the British Columbia connection is; we are not sure what WSIB is and have never heard of this organization. Please advise.
