Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Canada

What can I do?

I have had a consensual sexual relationship with a manager from the company I work for. She wanted to discuss it at work and I never did. I wanted to keep it completely professional in the office to avoid suspicion. When we would go on coffee breaks she would bring it up and I would always ask or stated that we have to discuss this after work and that we cant resolve anything in a 15 min coffee break. She has since filed an informal sexual harassment complaint against me. Which I feel is completely unjustified. I have several documents proving that it was consensual. During the course of the meeting that we had where this allegation was brought to my attention she said that if I brought it up to anyone that I would be out of a job. As well I have MANY character witnesses on my behalf to prove how sexually aggressive she is when we attend functions outside work. She has also stated to other employees that I was stalking her, which is a complete and utter fabrication, and I have never given her any reason to think I would ever harm her mentally, physically or emotionally. And I feel as though I cant approach senior management in fears of losing my job. I am a contractor and she is a manager. What can I do? Please help?

Re: What can I do?

You may well have a case of sexual harassment. I need to know more.

1. Are you a male?

2. Is she higher up than you?

3. Is she your supervisor?

4. What policies and procedures are there for reporting harassment? Have you complied?

5. How much have you been damaged?
