What form or forms do I use to claim home office expenses, uniforms and cell phone for business use?

If you are running a business and you have business income, then you will need to complete a Statement of Business Activities and file it with your tax return - see: Form T2124.
You will find this form on on the CRA website: www.cra-arc.gc.ca/E/pub
