Legal Question in Traffic Law in Canada
(in canada) If a car is insured under my name and someone else driving is caught for or involved in illegal activities and I am unaware of them, how liable am I?

you will be liable for letting your property to be used for illegal activities. In case you are really unaware and not involved in the case, you may be execused later by court but have to caught in the first round
