Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Canada
Aunt Had No Will
Aunt passed away in 1976. No children and no knowledge of her third husband or his family. Do we nieces and nephews have any way of claiming her estate?

Re: Aunt Had No Will
Possibly you have a claim, if the estate is undistributed. It depends on who was alive of her next of kin in the jurisdiction in which she died or had assets. You need a formal legal opinion based on the facts.
