My mom willed my 2 sisters property and she willed me her house . A shed is on the same lot as lot as the house. My sisters insist they can sell the shed because my mom willed the rest of her assets to be divided amonst the 3 of us. Does the shed go with the house or can they sell it seperately

If the shed is on skids or is otherwise not attached to the land it can be sold. If it is affixed to the land it forms part of the gift of the land and is not part of the residue that can be dealt with/sold for division among other beneficiaries.
