Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Canada

My horse's caretaker sold my horse

Do I have a legal right to regain possesion of my horse after the caretaker to which I had entrusted him sold him without my knowledge or consent; the agreement between his caretaker and me was that she would take care of him until his death and I would not be able to take him back. I do not know which catagory of law this falls under, but I am committed to getting my horse back and am willing to pay for it.

Re: My horse's caretaker sold my horse

did you get this agreement with your horse's caretaker in writing? if so, you can forward me a copy of it and i can evaluate your case alot better and hopefully get your horse back or at least recover damages for you depending on what all the agreement entails and stipulates.
