Do I have the right to receive a list of monies disbursed from my aunt,s will since I am mentioned in the will?

You have the right to ask for a final accounting of the property of the deceased. This is assuming you are a beneficiary under the will. You may also ask for a copy of the will to confirm. If you have more specific questions, feel free to email or call our Thunder Bay office.
