Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Canada

probate

I want to probate a will in ontario canada I've read that there are no estate taxes in canada but you will be required to pay a percentage of the estate in probate fees,my question, what is the percentage that they charge for probating the will?

The probate fees for an estate in Ontario are as follows:

$5 for the first $50,000.00 and $15 for each additional $1,000.00

You should also note that the amounts of the estate are rounded up to the nearest $1,000.00 for the purposes of the above.
