my sister is stealing all the items fom my moms estate and we were all named executors of the will what can i do

You realy need the assistance of a lawyer with this; you also should involve the RCMP. Thefr of this nature is a serious offence. There a good lawyers in your city, but if you need a referral look up the number fro the Canadian Bar Association lawyer referral service and they will refer you to a lawyer near you. Many (but not all) lawyers in BC do not charge for an initial consultation. Ypu should act immediately.
