Testamentary Trusts

I would like as much information as I can find on the pros and cons of testamentary trusts in Canada. I have 5 children and 6 grandchildren and, following the death of my wife and myself, I am looking for ways to reduce death duties. The total net worth of the Estate is in the region of one million dollars.
