Trust Fund set up in a will
If a trust fund that has been set up as part of a will, can the executor of the estate release the money in the trust fund rather then have the long term payout continue until the end?

The terms of a trust are binding. It is impossible to say what can or should occur in resoect of the trust from reviewing your question.
