Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Canada
We are having our will prepared. His will costs $200, her will costs $200, Power of determinating natural life ( no life support ), $200, and Power of Attorney $200. Are these fees comparable?
Thank you

In British Columbia there is no such thing as "Power of determining natural life".
Are these will fees comparable to what? Wills vary enormously in complexity, so without knowing the specifics it is impossible to say. Wills can cost from about $200 or so to several thousand dollars. It is mush like asking how much does an operation cost; until you know what operation, you simply can't say.
