Will a store bought wiil formstand up in court?

self-written or store-bought will"kits",will either stand up legally in court and which is better?This is a free service, right?

Yes, these can stand up in Court. However, they should not be used as they are not designed to apply to your particular situation. The documents must be designed to be so general and non-specific, so they can often create more problems for the uninformed. Because of this, I recommend that you work with a competent attorney in your area.
