Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Canada
last will and testiment
A friend of mine's father just passed away. He has a last will and testiment. He remarried a few years ago to another woman and there is no mention of her in the will. Is she entitled to any of his estate. She also came into the marrage with nothing.

Re: last will and testiment
The spouse is entitled to claim against the estate for her maintenance and support for her lifetime, particularly where she has nothing. Every province has legislation dealing with this.
