As Benificiaries of our Dad's will, do we have access to his land and belongings even if his girlfriend is living in his house and we are not the Executor?

As beneficiaries you have the right to compel the executor to carry out his duties to protect and preserve the assets or to request the executor to resign or to bring and application to the Court for appointment as interim administrator or to apply to the court against the girlfriend as an intermeddlar. Whatever you do you should do it soon.
