I want to know what happens when a member of the family makes a new will and does not inform the executer of the original.Thankyou

Nothing in particular "happens". Because a will only 'speaks from death' a person named as executor in a will has no power, authority or responsibility until the testator dies. A person can change there will any number of times (so long as he/she has mental capacity) and is under no obligation to tell anyone. The last will made is the one that counts.
