If one person's debt was transfered from bank to another company without telling the person, what tort should be?

Hi, only if the creditor has notified the debtor about the transfer of its rights to a third party, would such a transfer of rights become effective, otherwise the debtor can still pay the debts to the original creditor, but here no tort would have been involved.
